These works on paper explore my ongoing interest in drawing as a primary means of expression.

They reference personally meaningful domestic objects: a child’s play sculpture, a stuffed toy, a “three monkey’s” figurine.

I sought to embody the character of each in the most direct way possible by using shape, line, and placement alone.
